Mango Habanero Salsa Recipe

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ¼ Cup diced red onions
  • 5 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • Juice from one lime
  • Chopped cilantro
  • 1 small diced habanero
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse to the desired consistency. Either smooth or chunky.

  • ½ each sliced red pepper, yellow pepper and orange pepper
  • ½ sweet onion
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ Cup red wine
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Guest Blogger Note: Felton Angus Beef really have the brats nailed. The specialty flavors are stock full of signature ingredients that make these brats really stand out in a crowd. The first time I cooked them I couldn’t believe how the cheese was so uniform throughout. As well as the other ingredients. They have a Mango Habanero brat that will grab anybody’s attention at the table. The Hawaiian has pineapple and mozzarella that complement each other perfectly. Then the Jalapeno Cheddar brings it all together for a touchdown. These brats are no joke!
