First, a little bit about the Prime Rib Roast. As we all know it's a beautiful centerpiece for any holiday table. It's tender and juicy and has generous marbling, which makes it even more wonderful. Prime Rib Roast is a family craft butcher cut with the bones removed and tied back on. The recommended serving size is 8-12 ounces (1/2-3/4 pound) per person and a GENEROUS serving size would be 16 ounces (1 pound) per person. If you go with generous, we won't judge.
